Privacy Policy

This policy explains how African Dart Group (Pty) Ltd ("ADG", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our player app (app.africandartgroup.com), admin app (admin.africandartgroup.com), or marketing site (www.africandartgroup.com).

We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 ("POPIA") of the Republic of South Africa, and where applicable, the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 and Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Lead capture Name, email, optional phone, franchise of interest, consent timestamp Only collected when you submit the public "Register to play" or "Notify me later" form on the marketing site, and only after you affirmatively tick the consent checkbox.

We do not collect ID numbers, banking details, racial or biometric information, or any other "special personal information" as defined by POPIA section 26.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Cross-border transfers

Our cloud providers operate globally; consequently your personal information may be processed and stored outside South Africa. Where this happens, we rely on contractual safeguards (the provider's standard data-processing terms) and ensure the receiving country has an adequate level of protection or that the transfer is necessary for the performance of your contract with us (POPIA s72).

We do not use third-party analytics, behavioural advertising, or tracking pixels. No cookie banner is required because no non-essential cookies are set.

Our platform is intended for darts players aged 13 and older. Players under 18 require parental consent to register, captured by the franchise admin at sign-up.

We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification and email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
